Deliveries and returns

Delivery :

Free delivery on orders of €90 or more. All our products are made to order. Once your order has been placed, the parcel will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, followed by delivery, which generally takes between 3 and 5 working days. The total delivery time is therefore between 5 and 10 working days.

We deliver to France and French overseas departments and territories. For orders destined for French overseas departments and territories, please select France as the destination country and indicate your overseas region in the second line of the address. Please note that it will take an additional 10 days for delivery of these packages.

Returns :

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. To do so, please contact us at the following address: support@dnger-shop.com

If your order is not to your liking once received, you have 14 days to contact us at the following address: support@dnger-shop.com

We will send you another item free of charge or a voucher. Please note that we do not offer refunds. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
